Why meet in person, now.
FAM333 is not an AI company or an HR consultancy. We are the people who set the table. Three things we see from behind the bar.
Small talk doesn't happen unless it's scheduled
Meetings work on a screen. "How have you been?" only comes out around the same table. Picking the date is most of the work.
Non-drinkers need a seat at the centre
People who don't like beer, who are driving, who don't drink for health or faith. Whether their first drink is ready decides the mood of the room.
To keep it going, the organiser can't burn out
The first one runs on enthusiasm. From the second, someone carries the venue search, the date and the running order. We take that part — that is what makes it a benefit.
Share of companies that have introduced telework
Japan's Communications Usage Trend Survey (2025) found that 50.1% of enterprises with 100 or more regular employees had introduced telework.
Base: enterprises with 100 or more regular employees, excluding public administration (2,489 valid responses). This is the share of enterprises that have introduced telework, not the share of workers who telework.
Share of workers who weighed employee benefits when choosing their current employer
In JILPT's Survey of Workers on Employee Benefits (2025), 25.8% of employed workers said they weighed benefits 'very much' (3.0%) or 'to some extent' (22.8%) when choosing their current employer.
Base: 3,000 employed workers aged 15–79, surveyed online from a registered panel (not a random sample). A single-answer question in which people currently in work looked back on choosing their present employer.
Among workers reporting strong work-related stress: share citing interpersonal relationships
In Japan's Survey on Industrial Safety and Health (2025), 67.5% of workers reported strong work-related anxiety or stress; of those, 32.9% named interpersonal relationships (including harassment) among their top three sources.
Base: workers at private establishments with 10 or more regular employees (8,393 valid responses). The 32.9% is a share of those who reported strong work-related anxiety or stress (67.5% of all respondents), who could name up to three sources. It is not a share of all workers. "Interpersonal relationships" includes sexual and power harassment.
Three formats already in use.
Since 2019 we have served 70+ companies with private hire and catering; 10 companies have adopted FAM333 as an employee benefit, in one of these three formats.
