How many people can a private hire take?
10–18 guests (18 seated, 25–27 standing). The bar has 16 seats; for private hire we add chairs to seat up to 18. For larger groups, ask about catering.
What about staff who don't drink beer?
Non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks (choose from orange, apple, green tea, oolong or ginger ale), draft highball, draft lemon sour, whisky and snacks (mini cups, pinchos, sandwiches). Tell us roughly how many won't be drinking.
Can you handle vegetarian, vegan or allergy needs?
Vegetarian and vegan requests are handled on advance request (we have done this before). Let us know at the consultation.
What does the organiser prepare on a catering day?
Our staff set up the tap at your venue, pour each glass, and handle breakdown and clean-up. We'll tell you in advance what to check at the venue (access route, power).
What facilities does the bar have?
Eight taps (including a hand pump), a 50-inch monitor, free Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker — enough for kick-offs, awards and slides.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Please book at least one week before the event date.
Which areas do you cater to?
Tokyo's 23 wards, plus venues within a 1–2 hour drive of the bar in Sendagaya, Shibuya. Travel is approx. ¥30,000+ (excl. tax, at cost).

What does it cost?
Catering: four plans (Standard, Premium, Deluxe, Luxury) from ¥100,000 total (excl. tax); travel approx. ¥30,000+ (excl. tax, at cost). Private hire is quoted after consultation.
Can we book just once?
Yes. A single event is fine. Catering starts at ¥100,000 total (excl. tax).
Is there a minimum term for recurring use?
No. There is no minimum contract term, and frequency and menu can be revisited each round.
Is recurring use discounted?
Yes. Recurring programmes receive a discount. Terms are quoted individually.
Do you issue quotes?
Yes — a written quote in advance. English quotes are available.
Can we pay by invoice after the event?
Yes. We accept invoice payment by bank transfer after the event.
Are you registered under Japan's qualified invoice system?
Yes. We issue qualified invoices.
Can we pay by corporate credit card?
No — corporate card payment isn't available. Please use invoice payment by bank transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to one week before the event date. Terms for later cancellations are set out with your quote.

Why should a company do this?
To put time with colleagues, face to face, back on the company calendar. We set the table — and make sure everyone, drinkers or not, has a first drink in hand.

Ten companies have, in three formats: recurring private socials, regular office catering, and staff vouchers. Client names are confidential.
What is your corporate track record?
Since 2019, private hire and catering for 70+ companies: conferences of around 100, community events of around 20, and company socials across Tokyo's 23 wards.
Can we see case studies or the names of companies you have worked with?
We don't publish client names, logos or identifiable cases. We can describe past work in general terms (industry, size) when you inquire.
Can we trust you with it?
A real bar, open at 3-3-3 Sendagaya, Shibuya since October 2018. Licensed liquor seller; sales-manager training completed. Three minutes from Kita-Sando Station — come and see it during opening hours.

Can we inquire in English?
Yes. Email and the inquiry form are both fine in English.
Will staff speak English on the day?
Yes. Our staff can serve your guests in English at the bar and at catered events.
Can you issue quotes and invoices in English?
Yes. English quotes and invoices are available, and our invoices are compliant with Japan's qualified invoice system.
Have you worked with international companies before?
Yes. We have served international companies. Client names are confidential.
How do we pay from overseas or via a global finance team?
Invoice payment by bank transfer after the event. In most cases your Japan entity pays; we have also received transfers from overseas banks. Corporate credit cards are not accepted.
